Jaipur : SOG has arrested technician Kamlesh Meena, who was absconding for a year in the paper leak case of Jaipur Junior Engineer (JEN) ​​Recruitment-2020. Kamlesh Meena is originally a resident of Charanwas located in Govindgarh. Presently he is posted in Ajmer on the post of Group D Technician Grade I in Railways. The accused has been arrested by SOG from Panipech Tiraha of Jaipur. According to SOG, the accused was wanted in the paper leak case registered in Sanganer police station. The court had issued an arrest warrant against Kamlesh from January 29, 2024. Investigation revealed that accused Kamlesh Meena was an associate of paper leak mastermind Bhupendra Saran and Anil Kumar Meena alias Shersingh Meena. The accused is a resident of the neighboring village of Sher Singh.
Bhupendra Saran also used to work in Railways. It was with the help of Bhupendra that Kamlesh got acquainted with Sher Singh. Bhupendra Saran bought a new mobile and gave it to Kamlesh to take the paper of JEN Recruitment Exam-20. Kamlesh gave the mobile to Sher Singh. From the same mobile, Shersingh Meena sent the paper to Bhupendra Saran through WhatsApp before the examination. Later Bhupendra had sent candidates to different places. SOG is interrogating Kamlesh and verifying.
