Jaipur : Temperature fluctuations continue in the state. On Wednesday, day temperature dropped in many cities while night temperature increased in some cities. The lowest mercury was 6.8 degrees in Mount Abu. It was cloudy during the day in many cities and there was fog at some places.
In the capital Jaipur, the day temperature was 27.3 and the night temperature was 14.4 degrees Celsius. There was a slight drop in the day temperature in many cities including Ajmer, Jaipur, Kota, Jodhpur, while there was a rise in the night temperature in many cities including Bhilwara, Sikar, Alwar, Jaipur, Bikaner, Churu. Despite the rise in mercury at night, the mercury was recorded between 10 to 12 degrees in most of the cities. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in the coming days. A drop in temperature is possible.
