Jaipur : Even after the beginning of Kartik month in the state, people are not getting relief from humidity and heat at present. Although there has been a partial drop in the night temperature due to the changed weather patterns in the north-eastern areas in the last 24 hours, the heat is still showing intense heat during the day in the western plains. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the weather will remain dry for the next two-three days.
In the last 24 hours, the weather patterns changed in Barmer, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh districts. It rained with thunder in many towns in Hanumangarh district since early morning today. Due to heavy rains in Dablirathan and Jakhranwali town, the concern of the farmers engaged in Narma Chugai increased. The mood of the weather changed due to heavy showers last night in Barmer district. However, last night’s temperature in the district was still recorded at 22 degrees Celsius. The night temperature is also fluctuating in Shekhawati region.
Last night’s temperature was recorded below 20 degrees in six districts of the state. The temperature in the hilly tourist destination Mount Abu was 15.8 degrees last night. The minimum temperature in Sikar was 18.5 degrees Celsius and in Fatehpur 16.8 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in the capital Jaipur was recorded at 23 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of cloudy sky in the eastern areas of the state even today and scattered showers along with thunderstorms in some areas.
