Jodhpur : The case of missing 15-year-old teenager in Sursagar police station area of Jodhpur was solved after 17 days. After a case of kidnapping was registered by the family members, the police took immediate action and found him under Operation Umang IV.

The teenager had left home on November 25 on the pretext of going to his father’s construction site. He neither went to the site nor returned, leaving the family worried. Despite repeated explanations, he was angry at his family members not allowing him to use his mobile phone and hang out with friends. The police prepared a route map to search for the teenager based on CCTV footage. Under the supervision of Commissioner Rajendra Singh, the team took action under the leadership of Sursagar Police Station Officer Mangilal Vishnoi.

Investigation revealed that after leaving home, the teenager worked as a laborer for a few days in a hotel in Chaupasni Housing Board area. After this he went to Jaipur. He earned his living by working as a laborer in Jaipur also. A few days ago, he returned back to Jodhpur and started living in a room on rent. Leave alone taking the phone, his time started getting wasted just trying to get two meals a day. Because he was small, no one would give him work. It’s school holidays so it’s different.
