Interrogation of the miscreants revealed that they had to first give a test to enter the gang. Only after passing the test, the process of including them in the gang is started. The arrested criminals had joined the gang to become famous. Before joining the gang, they are tested by taking small tests. All orders are received through phone only. These people did not know from whom they had brought weapons and to whom they were to give them. During interrogation it was revealed that he receives phone calls. The caller told that the weapons were kept under a stone at a place. The miscreants would go to the specified place. Would have picked up weapons from there. Then they were told at which place in Jaipur the weapons were to be left. These people used to leave their weapons at the same place. The four miscreants were not in direct contact with any person. They think that by joining this gang they will become famous. They will get money, because till now these people are unemployed. They don’t have any work. By liking, commenting and following the posts of miscreants, they join the gang. They start getting calls. The callers call themselves Lawrence and Rohit Godara. These people keep talking to him on the phone. The gang members find out whether these people are useful or not.
Small tasks are given first. This includes doing recce outside someone’s house, getting numbers of businessmen, noting down the time of their arrival and departure. These people are given money if the work is good. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur North Rashi Dudi Dogra said that today’s youth are adopting every means to earn quick money and fame. He is associating with criminals because he wants to earn quick money.
Gang operators also need such people. These people are not understanding that these people are just puppets. They will be used to send them to jail and nothing will happen to them. The mobile phones found from the four youths have to be examined by the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL). When and from where did the arrested criminals receive the call from the gang? Who is using those numbers? The team will take action after getting all the information. The further work of the team is to find out how to reach out to the people with whom these people were in contact.
