Constable Jaynarayan Jat told in his report that on 17th June at 3 pm he was on duty at Nizam Gate. During this time some khadims violated the conditions of the pre-decided silent procession at the gate and gave a speech there. For this a loud speaker was installed on a rickshaw.
The constable told in the report that during this time a crowd of 2500-3000 people was in front of the dargah, whereas Gauhar Chishti had been counseled earlier. During this time provocative speeches were made and slogans were raised. In such a situation, a case was registered against him for inciting the crowd for violence from the religious place and appealing for murder.
On the basis of the video, the police first arrested four accused Tajim Siddiqui (31) son of Naeem Khan, Fakhar Jamali (42) son of Syed Mohammad Zuber Jamali, Riyaz Hasan Dal (47) son of Hasan and Moin Khan (48) son of late Shamsuddin Khan, all residents of Ajmer. After this, absconding accused Gauhar Chishti and Ahsanullah were arrested by the police from Hyderabad.
