The doors of “Khatushyamji Temple” will remain closed for 19 hours, check the timing here

Sikar : Baba Shyam Temple of Khatushyam town of world famous Sikar district will remain closed from 10 pm on 6th November for the next 19 hours. Shri Shyam Mandir Committee Treasurer Kalu Singh Chauhan has given this information by issuing a letter. It has been told that due to the special service worship and tilak adornment of Baba Shyam, the doors of the temple will remain closed for the common devotees from 10 pm on 6th November to 5 pm on 7th November. The doors of Baba Shyam’s temple will be opened after 5 pm on 7th November. Only after this the devotees will be able to see Baba Shyam. The temple committee has appealed to the Shyam devotees to reach the Khatu Shyam ji temple for Baba Shyam darshan only after the temple opens.

Special makeup will be done after 7 days

Baba Khatu Shyam ji’s tilak adornment is removed after Kali Amavasya. After that, Baba Shyam appears to the devotees in his original form i.e. Shaligram for 7 days. After seven days, Baba is specially decorated. Due to the special adornment of Baba Shyam, the doors of Baba Shyam’s temple are closed for public darshan for 19 hours. Under this, the doors of Baba Shyam’s temple will remain closed from 10:00 pm on 6th November to 5:00 pm on 7th November. Due to Diwali being Amavasya, the doors of the temple were closed from 10:00 pm on 30th October to 5:00 pm on 31st October for the tilak and adornment of Baba Shyam. Seven days after the Tilak adornment on Diwali, now the doors of the temple will be closed for Baba’s special service, worship and Tilak adornment.

Darshan of 2 forms in 1 month

Baba Shyam appears to his devotees in two forms in a month. In Krishna Paksha, it is seen in Shyam Varna (yellow color) and in Shukla Paksha, it is seen in the form of complete Shaligram (black color). Baba Shyam remains in Shyam Varna (yellow color) for 23 days in the month. After this, on the day of Amavasya, Baba is anointed with different types of liquids. Due to this the idol becomes visible in its original form i.e. Shaligram (black colour). In this way Baba Shyam remains in this form for seven days of Shukla Paksha. After seven days, its form changes again due to Baba Shyam’s makeup.

Aarti is performed 5 times daily

Baba Khatushyam’s Aarti is performed 5 times daily, in which Baba Shyam’s Mangala Aarti is at 5:30 am, Shringaar Aarti is at 8 am, Bhog Aarti is at 12:30 pm, Sandhya Aarti is at 6:30 pm and Shayan Aarti is at 9 pm. it occurs.
