Jaipur : The first road show of the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024 to be held in December this year is going to be held in Mumbai on 30 August 2024. Domestic and foreign industries and corporate world are being invited to invest in Rajasthan. CM Bhajan Lal Sharma himself is leading the delegation of Rajasthan government in this road show. In this program, there will be signing of several investment related Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), launch of Rising Rajasthan website, face-to-face discussions of the Chief Minister with many industry giants and big personalities.
Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma reached Mumbai on Thursday night at 8:30 pm to participate in the first road show of ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024. Today morning at exactly 11:30 am, “Rising Rajasthan” curtain-raiser and road show will be held at Trident Hotel in Nariman Point. After this, a press conference will be organized at 1:20 pm. After this, there will be a one-to-one meeting at 2:30 pm. After getting free from this meeting, the CM will rest in Mumbai itself. The next day i.e. on August 31, at exactly 11:35 am, he will leave for Jaipur Airport from Mumbai Airport and will reach Jaipur by 1:05 pm.
High level delegation will visit
This roadshow summit, to be held in India’s commercial capital Mumbai, is being organised in collaboration with industry partner, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Apart from this, during the next two months, the Rajasthan government is also going to organise roadshows in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom (UK) and Germany. For this, a high-level delegation of Rajasthan government officials will visit these places.
Pre-summit will also be organized
Apart from the roadshows, the Rajasthan government will also organise several regional summits and sectoral pre-summits in various cities of the state aimed at interacting with the existing industries, entrepreneurs and new investors of the state. These will be organised in the months of October and November and cover sectors such as tourism, urban development, IT and ITES, industry, agriculture, mines and petroleum, energy, medical and health and education.

About ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024
‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024 will be held in the capital Jaipur on 9, 10 and 11 December this year. It is being organized under the aegis of the Government of Rajasthan in collaboration with the Department of Industry and Commerce, BIP and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO), whose nodal department is BIP. The objective of this three-day mega summit is to attract big and small companies, international institutions and investors from the country and abroad to come and work in the state, help in setting up various types of industries in the state and provide facilities. During this global summit, special sessions will be organized on various sectors including agriculture, renewable energy, education and skills, auto and EV (electric vehicles), infrastructure, chemical and petrochemical, tourism, startups, mining and ESDM/IT and ITES.
All investors will share their experiences
During this, Industry Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore will also be present. During the Mumbai road show, many well-known personalities of the industry, who have already invested in Rajasthan, will share their experiences related to investing in the state. A short film will also be shown on this occasion, which will show many things like opportunities present in various sectors within the state and rapid investment. Many top officials of the Rajasthan government will also be present in the Mumbai road show. This includes Chief Secretary of Rajasthan Government Sudhansh Pant, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to the Chief Minister Shikhar Agarwal, Principal Secretary of the Industry Department and Chairman of RIICO Limited Ajitabh Sharma, Commissioner of Industry Department Rohit Gupta and other top officials.
