The question was related to his assembly constituency. But Ravindra Bhati could not get the answer to this question. At first, no minister from the government stood up to answer Bhati’s question. When the opposition started sloganeering on this, the Parliamentary Affairs Minister stood up to answer. But by the time the minister answered Bhati’s question, the time for question hour was over.
The question was related to the CSR of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited
Ravindra Bhati asked a question during the Question Hour that while asking questions related to the CSR activities of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited, he had also asked some supplementary questions but at first no minister stood up to answer and later when the Parliamentary Affairs Minister asked to answer, by then the Question Hour time had ended.
No minister stood up to answer Bhati
In fact, during the zero hour in the assembly today, Ravindra Singh Bhati had asked how much amount was sanctioned under the 2018-19 CSR fund by Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals in Shiv. Along with this, he also asked how many people were tested for health among the local residents. Medicines for how much amount of diseases were distributed free of cost. How many citizens have been tested for health in Shiv assembly constituency. But when no minister stood up in response to Ravindra Singh Bhati’s question, the opposition created a ruckus.

Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie said that the ruling party does not have any minister to answer this question. Then Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel stood up and said that he would answer the question. But at the same time, as the clock struck 12, the Speaker declared the end of the Question Hour and Ravindra Singh Bhati’s questions could not be answered.
