Jaipur : If you want to start your own small business instead of doing a job, then you can take a loan under a scheme of the Center. Loans for self-employment will be provided by the National Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation, National Safai Karamchari Finance and Development Corporation, National Disabled Finance and Development Corporation and National Other Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation operated by the Government of India. For this, online and offline applications have been sought till 30 September.

You will get a loan according to the amount of money you want to start your business with. Loans ranging from 40 thousand to 10 lakhs will be given for self-employment under various schemes of the corporation. The special thing is that the interest rate will be very low, only 4 to 8 percent. There are also terms and conditions for repaying the loan.

The specialty of this scheme of the Central Government is that whether you are 18 years old or 69 years old, anyone can take a loan. Project Manager of Anuja Nigam, Pawan Poonia told that people interested in taking a loan can apply before the last date. For which the age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years and not more than 60 years. The annual income of the applicant is Rs 3 lakh for Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Classes, there is no income limit for sanitation workers and disabled persons. The applicant should not have any outstanding loan from any lending institution. He told that due to technical problem in Anuja Nigam portal, currently online loan applications for self-employment for Scheduled Caste, cleaner/sanitation workers and Other Backward Classes can be made on Suraj portal. Loan applications of Scheduled Tribes, Divyangjans will be accepted offline. Offline applications can be obtained from District Office Anuja Nigam Sikar.
