Nuh, December 3 (IANS). To improve the health facilities in Nuh district, it is soon going to build two separate hospitals with 100 beds each. The construction work of these hospitals is likely to begin in the beginning of 2025.
According to media reports, the government has given the green signal for the construction of the hospital. A hospital with 100 beds will be built in the CHC premises in the district headquarters Nuh and the capacity of another 100 beds will be increased to 200 beds in Al Aafia General Hospital, Mandikheda.
Nuh Civil Surgeon Dr. Sarvjeet Thapar told journalists on Tuesday that administrative permission has been received for the construction of the hospital building. After the construction of the hospital building, the people of the area will be able to get better health facilities. Apart from doctors and staff, people will also be able to get other facilities in a better way.
He further said that not only a hospital building will be built in the CHC premises, but a residential colony equipped with all facilities will also be constructed for doctors. The hospital to be built in Nuh city will be 6-7 storeyed and will be equipped with all modern facilities.
He told that in the same way, a new hospital building will be built on several acres of land adjacent to Al Aafia General Hospital Mandikheda premises. Land for that has been made available by Gram Panchayat Mandikheda. Lack of doctors and staff as well as resources was often bothering the people here, but now soon there will be improvement in it.
He told that thousands of patients are reaching hospitals every day for treatment. There is a queue of patients outside the doctor’s rooms right from the time of registration. But even today, treatment of serious diseases is not available in this district despite the presence of Medical College, Nalhar and Hospital. The patients here are often referred to cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Alwar etc. After the construction of two new hospital buildings, people here probably will not have to go far for treatment.
