Jodhpur : After the verbal instructions of Autonomous Government Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra, the computer operators employed in the Municipal Corporation were called to work. Apart from the operators against whom there are allegations of working on computers from home and being involved in making fake leases, all the operators are being put back to work. After this most of the operators returned back to work. The departments of some operators were changed and some new computer operators were also appointed. In such a situation, the work of the corporation has become smooth after three days. The common people have got relief as the online work which was stuck due to absence of computer operators has started again.

In a review meeting a week ago, Autonomous Government Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra had given verbal instructions not to employ computer operators for more than a year if their involvement in fake lease cases came to light. After this, following the order of the Minister, Commissioner T Shubhamangala called the contractor and gave instructions to remove all 160 computer operators. Due to sudden termination of services, dissatisfaction spread among the employees. The operators met at the Circuit House on Thursday evening during Minister Kharra’s stay in Jodhpur and expressed their plight. Minister Kharra assured that guilty computer operators will not be spared and innocent computer operators will not have a dark Diwali. After this the corporation called back the computer operators.
