Alwar News Desk: A murderer lodged in jail in Alwar district of Rajasthan got his wife’s fake medical certificate made to get bail. Seeing the condition of the wife, the court granted bail to the accused but later when he could not produce other documents of treatment, the court ordered the police to investigate the case. Police investigation revealed that the accused’s wife had not received any treatment. The accused presented fake medical documents in the court to get out of jail. After the truth came out, the court ordered the arrest of the associate of the accused involved in the fraud.
Sarpanch was murdered in 2019, accused in jail since then
Actually, Alwar Kotwali police station has arrested an accused in the case of submitting fake doctor’s documents to get bail from the court. Alwar city Kotwali police station in-charge Naresh Sharma said that accused Vijendra and Jitendra were arrested in the case of murder of sarpanch of Ahir Bhagola village of Mundawar police station area in 2019. Since then they were in jail.
Fake medical report of wife’s operation presented in court
After this, Vijendra requested his partner Rajesh to post bail. For this, the accused Vijendra filed an application in the court for interim bail and said that his wife is unwell and there is a lump in her uterus and she has to undergo an operation. After that, the concerned court asked him to bring proof of the date given by the doctor if his wife is undergoing operation.
Court granted interim bail on medical equipment
After that when accused Vijendra contacted his associate Rajesh, Rajesh prepared a fake doctor’s slip on which it was written that the condition was critical and the date of operation was shown as 22nd January. This slip was put in the court. Relying on this slip, the court granted interim bail of ten days to Vijendra and ordered him to come with the documents of his wife’s treatment after the interim bail is over.
Accused did not bring documents after bail
When he returned after bail, the accused did not take the documents. After this the court ordered an investigation. When the DSP investigated whether his wife had undergone an operation or not, the doctors said that no comment regarding treatment was written on the slip. After that, a case of fraud was registered by the court against the accused. Investigation found that accused Rajesh had committed a completely fake crime. Got a fake doctor’s prescription and got Vijendra’s wife to write about the fake treatment and presented it in the court, on which the police arrested the accused Rajesh for fake treatment and fraud.
