Jaipur : A case of murder of a 19-year-old boy has come to light in Jaipur. The incident is from Shiprapat police station area. The deceased Priyanshu Meena had bought a new iPhone three days ago, which cost more than 1 lakh. The iPhone was sold a day after the murder. The police have registered a case and started investigation to find out the reason behind the incident and the motive behind the murder.
Shipra Path police station officer Amit Sharma said, “19-year-old Priyanshu Meena was a resident of Hathoj area in Kardhani police station area. He went missing from home on July 13. First, his father received a call from an unknown number and was told that his son is with them and will return soon. The phone later got switched off. Two days later, a dead body was found near a dirty drain in Shipra Path police station area. There were minor injury marks on the face, back and stomach. The body had turned blue.”
Forensic report reveals murder
Police officer Amit Sharma said- “Earlier the police was considering it an accident, but after the forensic report came, it was found that it was murder.” Priyanshu’s father said- “My son was killed by his friends Abhishek alias Lala and others by giving him an overdose of drugs.” A case has been registered. The police is claiming to solve this case soon.
