The plight of the villagers of Kanakpura of Udaipur Parsad, the responsible are not listening

Udaipur : Even today the common people are worried about basic facilities in the villages of Udaipur tribal area. A similar incident was seen after the death of a woman in Kanakpura, Parsad on Wednesday. Where after the death of the woman, the people who came for her last rites had to face problems. Villagers told that after the death of their loved ones, the villagers have to cross the Udaipur-Ahmedabad National Highway 48 to go to the cremation ground. In such a situation, sometimes due to uncontrolled speed of vehicles, even the lives of people going for cremation are in danger. Earlier, in some cases, accidents have happened with funeral goers while crossing the highway. After this, one has to get off the highway and pass through a drain, during the rainy season due to water it becomes a big problem for the last rites. The construction work of the culvert has started here, but due to it being closed for months, there is a compulsion to cross the stones and ravines lying in the dug drain.

Villagers say that Kanakpura which is a revenue village of Parsad village, but there is a problem due to the highway in between. The villagers have been demanding a highway under bridge since the time the highway was constructed, but no attention was paid. Due to this, there remains a possibility of accident in Parsad town among school going children, Gram Panchayat, villagers going for shopping and labor and bereaved family members for the last rites.

Hence the problem… had disconnected it earlier, but switched it off again

The villagers of Kanakpura and Dhelai were cut off during the two-line highway to go to Parsad, but after the construction of the line, it was closed. The villagers demanded many times for an underpass from the highway, but it was not built. In case of death in the village one has to cross the highway. There is a problem due to lack of culvert in the drain.
