Jhunjhunu News Desk: Bulldozer action created stir in Jhunjhunu city. Municipal Corporation’s bulldozer ran on many shops and street vendors of the city. This action was taken to remove encroachments around the school and hospital. The corporation administration has already tried several times to remove the encroachment, when the shop and street vendors did not agree, then on the instructions of the Municipal Corporation, bulldozer action was taken against the encroachment. Besides, advice has also been given not to do this in future.
Corporation is running a campaign against encroachment
A campaign is being run by the Municipal Council to remove encroachments in the city. As part of the campaign on Thursday, the anti-encroachment squad got the encroachment removed on Road No. 2 from JK Modi School intersection to the corner of BDK Hospital. The action of the squad created panic among the shopkeepers who encroached on the roadside from makeshift shops and street vendors.
Warning of fine for repeat encroachment
During this time, Executive Engineer Vedpal instructed the shopkeepers not to encroach again. The anti-encroachment squad warned of fine for repeat encroachment. In fact, due to encroachment on both sides of the road from the corner of BDK Hospital to JK Modi School on Road No. 2, common people were facing a lot of trouble. Due to this, it became difficult for vehicles and pedestrians to pass through. Due to this encroachment, the road used to get jammed every day.
