Hanumangarh : on behalf of the newly formed executive of Arya Samaj, a havan-puja program will be organized at the Arya Samaj complex located in the town on 8th December. The officials and members of the newly formed executive have expressed the apprehension that the former executive may create obstacles in the puja-havan program and have demanded that the former executive be banned. In this regard, representatives of Arya Samaj submitted a memorandum to the SP on Monday. According to the representatives of Arya Samaj, Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Rajasthan is a registered social organization. All the Arya Samaj institutions of Rajasthan are running under this organization. Arya Samaj located in Hanumangarh Town has also been operating under this organization for more than 60 years.
According to the decision given on 12 February 2024 in the conduct petition by the single bench of Rajasthan High Court Division Bench, Jaipur, the executive of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Rajasthan under the leadership of Vedpal Shastri is duly authorized to run the Arya Samaj organization. Vedpal Shastri is the head of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Rajasthan, Acharya Ravi Shankar is the Arya Minister and Ashok Kumar Arya is the Treasurer. In the presence of Sukhanand Swami, Vice President of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, the election of the executive of Arya Samaj Hanumangarh Town was completed on 20 October 2024 and a new executive was formed. It has been approved by Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Rajasthan. The elected executive is duly authorized to run the Hanumangarh Town Arya Samaj. According to the customs of Arya Samaj, a program of havan-puja has been proposed by the newly formed executive in the courtyard of Arya Samaj on 8th December at 10 am.
