There may be a big change in Rajasthan BJP before the by-election, know what is the strategy

Jaipur : In the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the magic of castes was seen in Rajasthan. Due to which 11 seats slipped out of its hands. But by-elections are going to be held on 5 assembly seats in the state. Preparations are going on in full swing. BJP has made these 5 assembly seats a matter of its prestige. To wave the saffron flag on the by-election seats, now BJP wants to try the caste formula in the state. For which it can make some big changes in Rajasthan BJP. There is a discussion in the corridors of politics that the BJP high command is preparing to change the president, in-charge and vice-president in Rajasthan. On the other hand, Rajasthan BJP President CP Joshi has claimed victory on all 5 seats in the by-elections. Along with this, he has indicated that there will be no change in the organization.

Consider these 5 seats
Now if we look at the statistics, out of the 5 assembly seats where by-elections are going to be held, Jhunjhunu and Nagaur seats are dominated by Jats. On the other hand, Deoli-Uniyara, Chaurasi and Dausa are ST dominated seats. But if we take a look at the BJP organization, people of the same caste are holding the responsibility of many posts. These include posts from state president, vice president to office in-charge, media in-charge, social media and IT head.

Preparations to appease these three castes

In the current Rajasthan government, leaders of Jat, Meena and Gurjar castes did not get big responsibilities. The effect of which was clearly visible in the Lok Sabha elections. Due to the displeasure of the Jat community, BJP had to face defeat in Shekhawati region. At the same time, BJP had performed well in the assembly elections in eastern Rajasthan. But in the Lok Sabha elections, BJP lost most of the seats here. The main reason behind this defeat has been the displeasure of the Meena and Gurjar communities.

The defeat will have an impact on the local body elections

Suppose BJP loses 5 seats in the by-elections. Even then it will not have any effect on Bhajan Lal government. But its effect will definitely be seen in the upcoming local body elections. BJP wants to win these 5 seats so that the defeat does not have a long-term impact. BJP is compelled to balance the caste equation. Therefore, a phase of brainstorming and discussions is going on in BJP.
