There was a ruckus over the land of Secretariat Nagar, an attempt to occupy it, terror of miscreants

Jaipur : Land mafia became active in Secretariat Nagar situated on Tonk Road even before the lease holders got the possession. Goons riding in several SUVs reached there on Monday with two JCBs. After removing the fencing at the spot with the help of JCB, an attempt was made to occupy the place. Meanwhile, the officer of the cooperative department informed the police control room. The accused fled before the police could reach. However, the accused posted the video of the spot on Facebook to spread terror. Sanganer Sadar police station officer Poonam Chaudhary has registered a case and started searching for the accused.

Secretariat Nagar Muhana is a housing scheme of Grih Nirman Sahakari Samiti. Due to dispute between the lease holders, this society was liquidated by the cooperative department. At present, its liquidator (director) is cooperative service officer Alok Sharma. Alok Sharma told in the FIR that the attack was done to illegally occupy the land under 90-B. JDA has already done the 90-B proceedings of a part of the Sachivalaya Nagar land in favor of the committee. The transfer of this land is registered in the name of Jaipur Development Authority. A farmer living near the land informed on Monday that more than a hundred people have come in 30-40 vehicles. Everyone has sticks and rods in their hands. Some vehicles did not have number plates and the numbers of those vehicles which had plates were hidden. The accused had also brought two JCBs, with which they were engaged in breaking the fencing and occupying the land. Alok Sharma informed the police control room. Before the Sanganer Sadar police station reached the spot, the accused fled. Due to dispute between the society and the farmers in Secretariat Nagar, the plot holders could not take possession on the spot.

The person in the car who came to occupy the land had no fear of the police. To spread terror, he first made videos on the spot and later posted them on Facebook. A reel of this was also made and posted on social media. Now the police is searching for the accused on the basis of these videos.
