Jaipur : Ramuram Raika, arrested in the sub inspector recruitment exam paper leak case, did not soften his stance. When SOG brought Raika to the court on Monday, some lawyers taunted him. On this, Raika used abusive language and said that he would hit you right now. Seeing this, the lawyers created a ruckus. Police officers somehow entered the court room with Raika. There was a ruckus outside during the hearing. Raika apologized to the lawyers in the packed court, when the matter calmed down.
Remand granted till 7th September
In the court, SOG said that Raika’s role has come to light during the interrogation of his son and daughter. He has to be questioned about where he got the paper from. After this, the court has given Raika on remand till September 7. Five police station incharges including his son and daughter are also on remand till September 7.
He said, I have promoted many people in the interview.
Former member of RPSC Ramuram Raika has publicly accepted that he favoured many candidates in the interview. In a social gathering, he had said that at least give time to people like us. I am the only one who can make people like Chhogaram ji (an administrative officer). I make such people. I was in RPSC and I have promoted many people of the society in the interview. Due to this statement of his, interviews of many recruitments are under suspicion. While being a member of the commission, Raika was not only a part of the interview board of many examinations but he also had a direct role in setting the papers of recruitment examinations.

Complaints extended to former chairmen
A former official, on the condition of anonymity, said that complaints related to Raika’s examination work, behaviour and interview had been reaching the then presidents. But citing confidentiality, no attention was given to them.
