Dausa News Desk Ladpura village, located in Lalsot subdivision of the district, witnessed a tragic hit and run accident on Sunday night. According to the information, this incident happened during a wedding ceremony when there was a dispute over firecrackers. After a fight, a youth attending the wedding procession crushed the people of the bride’s side with his car. Many people were seriously injured in this incident, including a teenager who died during treatment. The incident had created a stir.
Dispute over bursting firecrackers at a wedding, 10 people crushed by car
According to the information received, this accident happened around 8.30 pm when there was a minor altercation between the groom’s side and the groom’s side regarding firecrackers during the wedding ceremony. After this, the accused youth from the groom’s side started trampling the people from the bride’s side with his car. More than 10 people were injured after being hit by his car. After committing this incident the young man fled from the spot along with the car. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital, where the condition of one teenager was critical. 8 to 9 seriously injured people were referred to Dausa and Jaipur. One of these injured youths, Golu Meena (17), resident of Ladpura, died during treatment in Jaipur hospital.
Police started identifying and searching for the accused
There was a stir in the area after this incident. Lalsot MLA Ram Vilas Meena, who had reached there to attend the wedding ceremony, immediately rushed the injured to Lalsot District Hospital. However, after the incident the accused youth absconded, who is being searched by the police. Police station in-charge Ramniwas Meena said that efforts have been intensified to identify the accused and arrest him.

Regarding the incident, it was also told that after the dispute over firecrackers escalated, the accused carried out this incident of crushing with a car. The local police is investigating the matter and strict action will be taken against the accused youth. This tragic accident has left the regional people in deep shock.
