Jaipur News Desk: Many officers in the urban bodies of Rajasthan are preparing to go to court due to the transfers that took place two days ago. In view of this, the Autonomous Government Department has prepared to file a caveat in the court. For this, Additional Advocate General Rajesh Panwar has been authorized to appear in Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, GS Gill in High Court, Jaipur, State Advocate Rajendra Dadhich in Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal (RATE) Jodhpur and Advocate Vishnu Dayal Sharma has been authorized to appear in RATE Jaipur.
155 officers transferred
The department had released the transfer list late night on 13 October. In this, Deputy Commissioner, Executive Officer, Revenue Officer and Tax Assessors from many urban bodies of the state including Jaipur Municipal Corporation Greater and Heritage were changed. 155 officers are included in this list. While twenty officers were also given additional responsibilities of other bodies.
In Jaipur, four Deputy Commissioners have been transferred from both the municipal corporations. In which the transfer of Naveen Bhardwaj was in discussion. The most popular name in the list was Monica Soni, who was successful in coming to Jaipur. Apart from being the Revenue Officer, he has also been given the responsibility of Deputy Commissioner of Horticulture. Department officials claim that transfers have been made only after the permission of the state government.
