If we talk about the temperature of the last 24 hours, then a low pressure area has been formed over the Bay of Bengal since Thursday. Due to this, the Monsoon Trough Line is also passing through some parts of southern Rajasthan. Due to this, heavy rain was recorded at some places in eastern Rajasthan. At the same time, light to moderate rain was recorded with thunder at some places in western Rajasthan. The highest rainfall in the state was recorded at 75.0 mm in Pirawa of Jhalawar district. The maximum temperature in the state was 43.5 degrees in Jaisalmer and the highest minimum temperature was 33.8 degrees Celsius in Phalodi.

According to the update of Meteorological Center Jaipur (IMD, Jaipur), due to the monsoon becoming active on 19-21 July, there is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in Bharatpur, Jaipur, Kota, Udaipur and Ajmer divisions. Also, due to the monsoon trough line passing through southern Rajasthan, a Western Disturbance is also formed over eastern Rajasthan. Due to which rain activities are likely to continue at some places in the coming 4-5 days. Also, on 20-21 July, there is a possibility of increase in rain activities in eastern Rajasthan and heavy rain at some places in Kota and Udaipur divisions. Apart from this, thunderstorms and rain activities are likely to continue in the coming days in some parts of Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions of western Rajasthan.
