Alwar : Alwar Municipal Development Trust (UIT) is preparing to start the work of its new colony from next month. The colony to be established on the land of three villages will have modern facilities so that customers can be attracted. Apart from government and private offices, there will also be many facilities. UIT has 31 hectares of land in Dhadholi, Bahala, Sankhla villages. There is no need to pay compensation for this land to UIT. It is already acquired. In such a situation, UIT has to directly prepare a layout plan and set up a residential colony on this land. In such a situation, plots will soon be available to the public. According to an engineer of UIT, this colony will have modern parks apart from hospitals and schools. There will be facilities like open gym. There is a plan to create a separate park for children to play. The size of roads may also be more than other colonies. Apart from this, there are preparations to develop some areas in the IT Hub also. Commercial area can also be given to foreign companies. This will also provide employment to people.
Government offices in Ambedkar Nagar may be shit

Apart from this, the convention center will also be established here. There was a plan to build UIT office here also. However, the office proposal is currently on hold. Mall is also planned to be developed here. Only 60 percent development of this colony has been done yet. 40 percent of the plot is vacant. Besides, the commercial part is also quite vacant. UIT is talking about speeding up the sale of plots from next month.
