Jaipur : Master plans of 12 cities in Rajasthan will be prepared on ‘contract’. Apart from Jaipur, these include Didwana, Anupgarh, Pilibanga, Tijara, Shahpura, Badi, Deeg, Phalodi, Abu Road, Anta, Pratapgarh. Along with this, drafts are also being prepared for 38 newly formed cities. Despite having an army of city planners in the city planning department and town planning branch, this work is being outsourced. There is also a possibility of the confidentiality of the master plan (before implementation) ending, because it is not yet clear what riders have been put on the company.
Here the city planners prepared
The new master plan of Bhinmal, Kapasan, Pratappur Garhi, Mahuva has been approved. While the draft of Deoli, Etawah, Khatushyamji and Roopwas has been issued in the urban body. The master plan of these eight cities has been prepared by the city planners. In such a situation, it is natural to raise the question that when the officers can do the work of these cities, then why other cities are given on contract?
The cost in Jaipur city increased from 10 to 32 crores, how?
