During this time, people will paint their houses, buy new items, and find auspicious times for houses and establishments. The Shraadh Paksha will end on October 2 in the month of Asoj. Sharadiya Navratri will begin from October 3. During this time, people will worship Ambe Maaiyaa. With this, the Diwali festival season will begin. There will be a festive mood of shopping in the markets from Sharadiya Navratri till Diwali.

Traders have started ordering stock of refrigerators, LED, washing machines, microwaves, mobiles and other electronics products, gold and silver jewellery, readymade garments, sarees-dress material, utensils and other items. In view of people buying cars, jeeps, scooties, bikes and other vehicles from Navratri, advance booking has started in automobile companies.
A large number of people are finding auspicious time for purchasing houses, plots and commercial establishments.
There will be strict arrangements
Strict security arrangements will be made in the city and district during the Navratri establishment, Durgashtami, Mahanavami and Dussehra festival from October 3 to 13. All additional district collectors, sub-district magistrates and tehsildars will have to monitor the police officers.
