According to Khanna, saturated fat is essential which is found in olive oil, avocado and some nuts, while polysaturated fat is found in fishes, chia seeds and walnuts. Omega 3 and Omega-6 fatty acids boost immunity.
According to experts, apart from this, it is important to wash vegetables and fruits thoroughly, do more exercise to lose weight or avoid using excessive supplements. If you follow expert advice, you will remain strong and capable of fighting the disease.
