Rajsamand : Plastic bottle flaking machines will soon be installed at 50 places in the state. The said machine will cut the plastic bottle into small pieces, so that it can be recycled. The tender process for this is going on by Rajasthan Pollution Control Board. Most of the machines are proposed to be installed at tourist places and religious places. The state government had announced in the budget to install plastic bottle flaking machines at fifty places in seven clusters of the state. Under the above announcement, bottle flaking/reserve wedging machine will be installed. On putting a water bottle etc. in it, the machine will immediately break it into small pieces. These pieces can then be recycled. The tender process is going on by Rajasthan Pollution Control Board for installing the machines at the state level, their maintenance and operation etc. All these works will be done through contractors or firms. Rajasthan Pollution Control Board will cooperate by monitoring it. It is noteworthy that plastic bottles constitute the majority of garbage at tourist places. This will solve the above problem to a great extent.
Machine will be installed here in the district
The said machines are proposed to be installed around Shrinath Temple located at Nathdwara in Rajsamand district and in Kumbhalgarh Fort. For this, the regional office of Rajasthan Pollution Control Board has written a letter to the Archaeological Survey of India seeking permission to install the machine near Nathdwara Municipality and Kumbhalgarh Fort. After getting their permission, further process will be adopted.
This is how the machine works
