Jaipur : Before Diwali, Bhajanlal government has given a big gift to the employees. On the one hand, Rajasthan government has given relief to the pensioners who were deprived of the benefit of salary hike from July 1 due to retirement on June 30. On the other hand, serving employees have been considered entitled to get HRA payment even on holidays. The Finance Department has issued two separate orders regarding these matters. In the order issued by the Finance Department to give relief to the pensioners, it was said that the pensioners who were deprived of the benefit of salary hike from July 1 due to retirement on June 30 will be given notional benefit from July 1, 2006 to April 10, 2023. At the same time, this benefit will be given in cash from April 11, 2023.
Serving personnel will get HRA even on holidays
On the other hand, in the order issued in the case of HRA, it was said that employees will also be given the benefit of HRA in case of leave up to 120 days, in case of maternity leave this benefit will be available for up to 180 days. Similarly, in the case of TB, cancer, leprosy and mental patients, those taking leave up to 240 days will also get the benefit of HRA. Provision has also been made to give the benefit of HRA to employees on deputation and temporary transfer.
