Jaipur : This time on the occasion of Diwali, consumers will get pure, healthy and tasty sweets of Saras brand across the state. The famous Kalakand of Alwar Dairy and delicious sweets like Rasgulla and Rajbhog of Bikaner Dairy will also be available by the District Milk Unions across the state. Managing Director of Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation, Shruti Bhardwaj said that the District Milk Unions across the state will provide the best food to the consumers this Diwali. Will provide sweets made from pure milk and ghee. He said that instructions have been given to all the district milk unions that special attention should be paid to hygiene, sanitation and high quality while manufacturing sweets.
He said that this time, apart from the local sweets manufactured by milk unions in all the districts, famous and delicious sweets like Alwar Dairy’s famous Kalakand (Milk Cake/Mawa) and Bikaner Dairy’s Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun, Rajbhog and Soan Papdi will also be available. Locally, peda will be provided by Ajmer, Bhilwara and Hanumangarh dairies and barfi will be provided by Bhilwara dairy. Apart from the selected dairy booths in their area of work, all the cooperative dairies of the state will sell sweets by setting up stalls at prominent places.

All district milk unions will also provide gift handpacks of sweets manufactured by Bikaner Dairy.
