According to the information received, 73-year-old French tourist John Perry had come to Udaipur last month and here he planned to tour Udaipur with a bike. During this time, his health deteriorated and he died during treatment in a hospital in Udaipur.
Wife told- her wish was to perform the last rites as per Hindu customs.
Udaipur resident Dinesh Jain, who is associated with the family, said that John Pari was a horse lover. His wife also came here with him. After his death, Johns Pari’s wife told that her husband’s last wish was that his last rites should be performed in India as per Hindu customs.
The wife gave her shoulder to her husband’s funeral pyre and also lit his funeral pyre.
