Bikaner : The Education Department has made preparations to promote 2,449 Prabodhaks working under Elementary Education to Senior Prabodhaks posts soon. The Directorate of Elementary Education has directed all District Education Officers (Elementary Education, Headquarters) to update the provisional seniority list of Prabodhaks eligible for promotion in their districts by July 10, sending them the number of Prabodhaks eligible for promotion in their districts. After seeking objections from the concerned Prabodhaks on this provisional list within 3 days, the permanent priority list will be issued by July 15. Instructions have been given to complete the selection related process by July 20 and send the hard and soft copy of the selection order to the Directorate of Elementary Education at the carrier level by July 22.
A total of 10 thousand 392 Prabodhaks are eligible for promotion to Senior Prabodhaks in the entire state, out of which 5 thousand posts were approved for promotion in the year 2021. Out of the remaining 5 thousand 392, the government has now approved promotion to 2 thousand 449 posts. In the newly formed districts where the District Establishment Committee has not been formed, seniority will be determined as per the former 33 districts.

A total of 254 Prabodhaks were eligible for promotion in the district, out of which 122 have been promoted to the post of Senior Prabodhaks. Out of the remaining 132 Prabodhaks, 60 Prabodhaks will be promoted this time on the basis of seniority.
