Jaipur : On Thursday at Jaipur airport, an argument took place between CISF ASI and SpiceJet’s female crew member. During this, the crew member slapped the ASI. In this regard, ASI Giriraj Prasad filed a case of assault and obstruction in government work at the airport police station. The police arrested the crew member. The court sent the accused crew member to jail. A report was also filed by the crew member against the ASI at the airport police station. In which it was told that despite there being no female security personnel, the ASI stopped her and asked what is the rate for one night. Then she lost her temper and slapped him.
This allegation in the report of a female crew member
The crew member told the police that ASI Giriraj Prasad stopped her and asked where she was going, stay with us. On this she said that there was no woman security guard at the gate, so he started talking indecently. He even called her a prostitute and asked what is the rate for one night. On this, her mental balance got disturbed and she used force on the accused.
ASI filed this report
In the report given by Giriraj Prasad, it was told that at 4 am on Thursday, Spice Jet crew members were carrying food items. A female crew member was stopped for checking. The crew member said that she would call a female security guard. The crew member started arguing over this and slapped her.
SpiceJet said, crew member was mistreated
SpiceJet has said in the case that this incident is unfortunate. While escorting the catering vehicle, a CISF personnel behaved inappropriately and indecently with our female security staff. The CISF personnel asked the female employee to come and meet him at home after duty. Whereas the female employee had a valid airport entry pass issued by India’s civil aviation security regulator Bureau of Civil Aviation Security. We are taking legal action in this case of sexual harassment.
Bail petition filed in court
Advocate Deepak Chauhan said that a bail petition has been filed in the court for the crew member. The case against the woman does not fall in the category of obstruction in government work and assault. The CISF ASI molested the woman crew member on duty and behaved indecently with her. This was not a part of the government duty as per the ASI’s duty act. A report has been filed in this regard at the police station on behalf of the crew member.
