Jaipur : Kotkhavda police station has arrested two members of the absconding Kangla gang. The arrested accused have admitted to committing about a dozen crimes in Tonk and Jaipur districts. Deputy Commissioner of Police Jaipur South Digant Anand said that under the guidance of Additional Police Officer Jaipur South Lalit Kumar Sharma and under the direction of ACP Chaksu Surendra Singh, the team formed under the leadership of Kotkhawda Police Station Officer Abdul Wahid, arrested the gang involved in extorting money by looting, mobile snatching and assault. Siyaram Meena, who is absconding in connection with the murderous attack on the team of Pratap Nagar police station while arresting gangster Krishna Kumar Meena and his associates. And his companion has been arrested.
The police station officer said that Siyaram and his associates used to commit crimes for fun and living a luxury life. Charge sheet has been filed against Siyaram in one case and four cases are under investigation. Whereas chargesheet in one case and investigation in another case is going on against Dayaram Meena.

On July 13, 2024, the team of police station Pratap Nagar Jaipur had come to village Thikaria Meenan of Kotkhawda area to arrest Krishna Kumar Meena alias KK and his associates, the leader of Kangla gang who extorted money through robbery, mobile snatching and assault. Then, along with police Japte, Krishna Kumar, his associates and family members attacked the police team with sticks and rods and freed the accused.
In this matter, the police had registered a case at Kotkhavda police station on July 14. On which police station officer Kotkhavda Abdul Waheed conducted an investigation and formed a team to arrest the main kingpin of the case and 7 people including the main accused and Kangla gang leader Krishna Kumar Meena were investigated and arrested. The absconding Siyaram Meena (25), resident of Khejri Khurd Thikaria Meenan and his associate Dayaram Meena (24), resident of Dabar Wali Dhani Thikaria Meenan, were arrested on Sunday. Siyaram Meena has confessed to committing a dozen crimes in two districts.

1. On April 6, 2024, Siyaram and his associates committed the crime of stealing a mobile phone from a house near Balaji temple in Tunga town.
2. On November 11, 2024, Siyaram and his associates killed a man traveling on a motorcycle near the road in Tungi village at around 10 pm in a vehicle. On the pretext of asking him the address of a petrol pump, they took him away in the car and beat him up and took out the money.
3. On the night of 11-12 November 2024, while returning from Muhana police station area on Tilawala and Diggi Road in a black car, two incidents were committed and laptop and money were snatched. After beating him, they dumped him near the ring road and ran away.
