Jaisalmer : Information about a conspiracy to bomb the temple during the famous fair of renowned Baba Ramdev of Ramdevra village of the border district has created panic in the administration and police system. A letter has been found at the ticket window of Pokhran railway station, which claims a conspiracy to put a bomb in a horse to be offered to Baba Ramdev. Security agencies have become alert after this information. The Special Investigation Team is investigating the whole matter by calling BDS and ATS. Bomb squad is present on the spot along with the ATS team. The letter received by the railway officials has been immediately handed over to the police.
Inspection of horses offered in the temple
Superintendent of Police Sudhir Chaudhary said that the horses offered at the temple are being checked separately. He said that the situation is completely under control and devotees can visit Baba without any worry. Security agencies are closely checking every aspect.
Threat received during Ramdevra fair
It is worth noting that every year around 50 lakh devotees from every corner of the country visit the Ramdevra fair, which includes a large number of pilgrims on foot.
