Ajmer : Ajmer Waza Arrangements have been started for pilgrims in the Urs of Garib Nawaz. The work of rejuvenation of Kayad resting place has started. Under the tender works, works of water proof tents, lighting, electrical system, toilet cleaning, sign boards etc. will be done. Assistant Engineer Rajendra Kudi said that works worth more than three crores have been included in the tender. In this, works ranging from parking of pilgrims’ vehicles to cleanliness, drinking water lines, cleaning and repair of toilets, construction of water tanks, cranes, tractors and old signboard painting etc. will be done. This also includes providing wind sheets, bedding etc. to the pilgrims to protect them from cold.
47 lakhs for Kisan Sammelan
The tender for tent arrangement for the farmers’ conference has been opened on Monday. Farmers’ conference will be held on 13 December. In this, a tender worth Rs 47 lakh was issued for tents and other arrangements. The work of tent and stage arrangements will be started here from Tuesday.
