Three new free medicine distribution centers will be built in Hanumangarh hospital.

Hanumangarh News Desk: Three new free medicine distribution centers will soon be built in the district hospital. The Medical and Health Directorate has given approval for this. Rs 14.50 lakh has been sanctioned for this. These medicine centers will be built by NHM, for which tenders have been floated. These three new medicine distribution centers will be built towards the MCH unit in the district hospital, so that the patients can get convenience. Let us tell you that at present there are 6 free medicine distribution centers operating in the district hospital, which are less according to the increasing number of patients. The situation is such that during OPD time, patients and their families form queues to get their medicines. Out of the six medicine distribution centres, one till now operated only after OPD and the remaining five centers were closed after OPD timings. In such a situation, people have to stand for a long time due to long queues.

In such a situation, with the opening of three new medicine distribution centers, the number of medicine distribution centers in the district hospital will increase to 9. This will provide relief to the patients as well as the hospital staff. With the opening of a new medicine distribution center near the MCH unit, people will not have to go to the old building for medicines related to pregnant women, mothers and infants, which will provide great relief. Two medicine distribution centers will be opened in Nohar Upazila Hospital, one each in Rawatsar, Pilibanga, Sangaria and Bhadra Community Health Centres. This will also improve the medicine distribution system in community health centres, while expanding the facilities for patients. PMO- Work will start as soon as the tender process is completed: PMO Dr. Shankarlal Soni says that three new free medicine distribution centers have been approved in the district hospital. This will improve the medicine distribution system, which will provide relief to patients from long queues. The work will be started as soon as the tender process is completed.
