Tumkur, December 2 (IANS). A horrific road accident occurred in the early hours of Monday near Tumkur city of Karnataka. Three women have died in the accident. While more than 10 were injured.
According to media reports, this road accident is being reported near Chokkanahalli bridge near Kallambela near Tumkur. A private bus met with an accident here at around 4 am in the morning, in which three women died.
It is being told that the private bus that crashed was going from Goa to Bangalore. The bus overturned after the bus driver lost control. The passengers were sleeping at the time of the accident. Apart from the death of three women, 10 more passengers were injured.
There was hue and cry on the spot after the accident. After the bus overturned, people started trying to get out of it. During this time the local people helped him. There is an atmosphere of anger in the families of those who lost their lives in the accident, they are in bad condition and crying. At the same time, the injured are undergoing treatment. He has been admitted to the district government hospital.
Kallambela police has registered a station case regarding this accident. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
