Jaipur : Rajasthan’s most dashing IAS couple is now just four hours away. Both IAS officers have been appointed collectors. One has been given the responsibility of a border area and the other has been posted as an officer in a small district. We are talking about IAS officer Tina Dabi and her husband Pradeep Gawande. Both officers have been sent to the field again and both have been appointed as District Collector – Magistrate.
Tina Dabi, a 2016 batch IAS officer, was currently handling the EPS department of the government. She was earlier the District Collector in Jaisalmer. After that, she went on maternity leave and after returning from the leave, the government gave her the responsibility of the department of office work. After that, the transfer list has been released late at night. In this list, she has been made the collector of Barmer district located on the Pakistan border. Now talking about her husband Pradeep Gawande… IAS Pradeep is a 2013 batch officer and was currently handling the responsibility in Bikaner. Now he has also been given the responsibility of District Collector in Jalore district. However, if we talk about the districts of both husband and wife, then Jalore district is smaller than Barmer district. Now the biggest thing is that the government has given a pass of about 200 kilometers to both IAS officer couples. It will take about 3 hours for both of them to reach from one district to another by train. However, a relatively less distance will have to be covered by road. Earlier, one officer was in Jaipur and the other in Bikaner. The distance between the two districts was about five and a half hundred kilometers via train.
