Jaipur : the special month of Shravan for the worship of Bhole has started from today. There will be a total of five Mondays in the whole month. On the first Monday, rituals of Jalabhishek, Rudrabhishek, Sahastraghat will be held in the city’s major Shiva temples including Tadkeshwar Mahadev, Jharkhand Mahadev, Jangleshvar, Chamatkareshwar, Sadashiv Jyotirling. The echo of Bam-Bam Bhole is being heard in the Shiva temples since morning. Devotees are standing in lines since 4 am for Jalabhishek in Shiva temples. Every Monday, flower tableaus will be decorated in the major Shiva temples of Jaipur. In view of the heat, there will be sprinkling of water on the road and arrangement of shade. Prashant Vyas, Vikrant Vyas, priests of Tadkeshwar Mahadev temple, said that every Monday morning, with the help of devotees, 51 kg of ghee Jalhari will be offered. Special flower decorations and special tableaus will be decorated every day. Darshans will start from 4 am. There will be a fair like atmosphere in the Jhadkhand Mahadev temple. Babu Seth Memorial Trust President Jaiprakash Somani said that along with special lighting, there will be separate lines for men and women in the temple.
Galta Tirth will be adorned with the hustle and bustle of Kanwadis
There will be a lot of movement of Kanwariyas in Galta Teerth for a whole month. More than a thousand Kanwar Yatras will reach Galta Ji from Jaipur district. Kanwariyas will anoint Bholenath with the water of Kanwar. Apart from this, Kanwar Yatras will also reach Jaipur from other places including Pushkar. Yuvacharya Swami Raghavendra of Galta Teerth said that complete arrangements have been made so that the devotees do not face any problems. Along with this, arrangements for Prasadi have also been made in Annakshetra.

The enthusiasm of Bhole’s devotees for Shiva Bhakti is at its peak. Bookings for Sahastraghat in Jharkhand Mahadev temple have been done not only by NRI devotees from Delhi, Kolkata, Surat but also from America, Canada. Bookings are full for two months. This temple is built in Dravidian style.
