A meeting of liquor contractors was held at Gandhi Park on Tuesday at Tonk : District Headquarters. In this, protest was expressed against the policies of the government. During this, State President of Liquor Contractors Union, Pankaj Dhankhar also participated. He informed that there will be a Mahakumbh against the government on 15th December in protest against the anti-liquor contractor policies of the government. In this, the liquor contractors of the state will present their demands before the state government after discussing the six-point demands. So that the problems of liquor contractors can be solved. Many liquor contractors are buried under debt due to government policies. Vehicles and other properties of liquor contractors are being confiscated. District President of Liquor Contractors Union, Vijay Chawla said that contractors from Tonk district will participate in the Mahakumbh of Liquor Contractors to be held in Jaipur on 15th December.

All old penalties should be abolished
Opening time of liquor shops should be changed to 11 pm instead of 8 pm.
The earnest money seized from the liquor contractors who fulfilled the guarantee should be returned.
According to inflation, the commission of liquor contractors should be increased by at least 20 percent.
Police interference in liquor vends should be completely eliminated or alcohol abstinence policy should be followed due to high quantity of liquor in the state.
Liquor guarantee should be reduced by 30 percent and renewal of shops should be done.
