Jaipur : On Deepotsav, the traffic police has made changes in the traffic system of Jaipur city from 30 October to 2 November. Under this, entry of heavy vehicles in Parkota area will be closed from Wednesday to Saturday. Parkota Area, M.I. Road, Ashoka Marg, Bhagwandas Road, Prithviraj Road, Tonk Road, J.L.N. Parking will be prohibited on Marg, Sansar Chandra Road and other main roads. During the said period, residents of Parkota area will be able to park their vehicles at JDA parking at Ramniwas Bagh, Chaugan Stadium, Ramlila Maidan, Atish Market and other parking places.
There will be a state ban on goods carrying vehicles from Parkota, Sansar Chandra Road, M.I Road, Ashoka Marg, Yadgaar Tiraha to Rambagh Square, M.D Road. M.I. One-way traffic on Ashoka Marg can be implemented as per requirement till 12 o’clock. Parking of vehicles will be prohibited on the main roads in Johari Bazaar, Hawamahal, Ramganj, Tripolia, Chauda Rasta, Kishanpol, Gangauri and Chandpol Bazaar. One-way road from Chandpol Gate to Ramganj Chaupar, from Chhoti Chaupar to Ajmeri Gate and from Badi Chaupar to Sanganeri Gate will be available for pedestrians.
Entrance and exit to the park for light watchers
Ajmeri Gate: Light vehicles entering through this gate will be able to reach Chhoti Chowpar from Kishanpol Bazaar and reach their destination via Chandpol Bazaar, Sanjay Circle via Sansar Chandra Road. And from the right side of Tripolia Bazaar Road median, traffic will be able to go to their destination via Tripolia T. Point, Chauda Rasta, Newgate to Ram Niwas Bagh and Man Prakash Slip Lane to Tonk Road and JLN Road.
Sanganeri Gate: Vehicles entering through this gate will be able to go to their destination via Johri Bazaar, Badi Chaupar via Tripolia Bazaar, Chauda Rasta, Newgate via Ramniwas Bagh.
Ghatgate: Light vehicles entering through this gate will be able to go towards their destination via Ghatgate Bazaar, Ramganj Chowpar, Badi Chowpar, Char Darwaza and Surajpol Gate.

Parking of vehicles of domestic/foreign tourists and city residents coming to see the lights in the park is at J.D.A. Underground parking will be done in Ramniwas Bagh, Ramlila Maidan. Parking of vehicles will be prohibited on the main roads in Johri Bazaar, Hawamahal Bazaar, Ramganj Bazaar, Tripolia Bazaar, Chauda Rasta, Kishanpol Bazaar, Gangauri Bazaar, Chandpol Bazaar.
