Sirohi : on behalf of Agricultural Science Center Sirohi, organized a one-day farmers seminar on new paradigm in fodder production technology under the joint aegis of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department’s Regional Fodder Center Suratgarh in Nitaura village of the district on Monday. Senior scientist and chairman of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Dr. SK Khegi honored the guest from Suratgarh, the regional fodder center of the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department.
He started the program and gave information to the farmers about fodder production and motivated them to adopt fodder production farming to increase their income and provide nutritious fodder for the animals. Bijendra Koli, Director of Regional Fodder Center Suratgarh, gave information to the farmers about fodder cultivation. Centre’s scientist Dr. RPS Jaitawat informed the farmers about the pests and diseases affecting fodder and informed them about their prevention measures. Oat seeds were also displayed. Vijay Ram of the Center registered the farmers and distributed the kit.
