Dausa : Tribal Fortnight is being organized in the Central School with the aim of preserving and promoting the tribal culture and their heritage across the country. This program will run till 25th November. In which the art, culture, costumes, language, and traditions of the tribal communities will be displayed.
The school principal in Bandikui said that during the fortnight, competitions like debate, essay writing, poster making and street drama are being organised. During these programs, students gave a spectacular presentation of various tribal dances and songs. Whose main subject is tribal society and their challenges. Through these activities, students are getting an opportunity to understand the lifestyle of tribal communities and their problems.
Principal Suresh Chand Meena said in his address – Tribal communities are an integral part of our society and country. It is the duty of all of us to preserve their cultural heritage and honor their contribution. The objective of this fortnight is to make students aware about them. This fortnight is not only a learning opportunity for the students but also an effort to get to know the tribal society closer and develop respect for them. Dr. Jyoti Sharma was the coordinator of this program.
