Two arrested including MBC jawan in Udaipur vandalism-arson case

Udaipur : Kherwada police station of Udaipur has arrested another accused including MBC jawan in the case of vandalism and arson. The police took out a foot procession of both the accused in Kherwada town. In which the miscreants were seen saying that they will not commit crimes from now on. Police Officer Dilip Singh Jhala said that the applicant Sunita Devi, wife of Prakash Meena, resident of Robia Hall Karnauwa had given the report in the police station. In which it was told that on November 14, at around 7 pm, Sunita and her parents were sitting at home and talking. During this time, Kandal resident Jayantilal son of Laxman Pasat and Badal son of Rakesh Meena resident of Banjariya along with their other associates came to the victim’s house and ran away after assaulting her. After some time, 15 to 20 miscreants armed with weapons came back and pelted stones at the house. They broke the box in the house and looted the jewellery.

Also set fire to the house and a nearby beeda. Seeing the arson, people nearby reached the spot and all the miscreants ran away from the spot. After the report of the victim, a special police team started searching for the accused. The police arrested the accused Jayantilal and Badal by raiding the hill near their house. Police said that Kandal resident Jayantilal Pasat is a soldier in Mewar Bhil Kaur. Presently Jayantilal is an employee working in MBC in Pali. Jayantilal was absent from office for the last 8 months and was spreading fear in the village itself.
