Two friends died while cheering, don’t know what was the reason

Kota : A tragic incident has come to light from Bhadana area of ​​Railway Colony police station area of ​​Kota city, in which bodies of two youths were found floating in the canal. Both the youths have been identified as Satyendra and Manoj, who worked in the catering service of IRCTC. According to the police, both the youths had fallen from the culvert under the influence of alcohol, due to which they died.

Were residents of Bhind and Morena of Madhya Pradesh

Police received information about the incident at 9:45 pm, when some local people saw bodies floating in the canal. Police immediately reached the spot, took out the bodies from the canal and identified them. According to police officer Ramswaroop Meena, both the youth were residents of Bhind and Morena in Madhya Pradesh and were working in the IRCTC catering company located in Kota. Their duty was from 6 pm to 4 am, but instead of going for duty, both the youths sat on the culvert near Bhadana intersection and started drinking alcohol at 4 pm.

After drinking alcohol both of them fell into the canal

Police said that one slipper each of the deceased was found on the culvert and two bottles of liquor were also found there, which indicated that both the youths were under the influence of alcohol. Prima facie it seems that after drinking alcohol both the youths might have fallen into the canal, due to which they died. Although no one saw them falling at the time of the incident, the dead bodies were seen late in the night. Vasudev, brother-in-law of deceased Manoj and supervisor of the company, had informed about this matter. Police have registered the case and started investigation, and efforts are being made to clarify how the two youths fell into the canal and what could be the other reasons for their death.
