Two new Kendriya Vidyalayas in Bikaner Sriganganagar will start in the new session.

Bikaner : Bikaner The central government has decided to open 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas across the country. In this, nine Kendriya Vidyalayas will be opened in eight different districts of Rajasthan. Two Kendriya Vidyalayas are being started simultaneously in Sriganganagar. Admission will be given in new Kendriya Vidyalayas in this session. Among the districts of Rajasthan where Kendriya Vidyalayas are being started, schools are going to be opened in Air Force Station Phalodi, BSF Satrana Sriganganagar, BSF Srikaranpur Sriganganagar, Hindon City Karauli, Merta City Nagaur, Rajsamand, Rajgarh Alwar, Mahuva Dausa. Admissions in new Kendriya Vidyalayas will start in session 2025-26. The government will spend Rs 5,872 crore to establish these schools. In which along with construction of new buildings for schools, teachers will also be appointed.

1256 KV schools across the country

At present there are 1,256 Kendriya Vidyalayas, which include three schools opened in foreign countries. Apart from India, central schools of India are also running in Moscow, Tehran and Kathmandu. Thirteen lakh 56 thousand students are studying in these schools.

960 admissions in every school

960 students will be given admission in every new school being started across the country. In such a situation, a total of 8 thousand 640 new students will be able to get admission. Generally, Kendriya Vidyalayas are opened around the Army and BSF areas so that even after transfer, the education of the children of soldiers and SANRU officers is not interrupted.
