Jodhpur : Legends League Cricket (LLC 2024) matches are being organized by Rajasthan Cricket Association at Barkatullah Khan Stadium in Jodhpur, Rajasthan these days. On Saturday (September 21), the second match of the Legends League was played between India Capital and Urban Hyderabad from 3 pm. During this, two youths molested a woman constable deployed for security near the gallery. During the match, when both the youths were misbehaving with the woman constable, she explained to the youths, but both did not listen. After this, the woman got upset and called her other fellow policemen. At the same time, when other policemen reached there, both the youths clashed with them too. After this, a police team was called from outside and both the miscreants were beaten up and taken to the police station by holding their collars.

A video of ASI Naveen Sagar beating up two youths has surfaced in Barkatullah Khan Stadium. In the video, one of the miscreants is seen repeatedly explaining to the policeman, while the other is seen pleading and apologizing. Both are saying that they have not molested anyone, but the police did not listen to them and beat them up in the ground itself.
Dispute between ad hoc committee and policemen
During the match, a dispute also broke out between the policemen and the members of the ad hoc committee of Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA). During the match on Friday, there was no space on the VIP seats. In such a situation, the police administration had deployed its constables in civil dress in the VIP box. Here, ad hoc committee member Dharamveer Singh asked the policeman to leave from there, after which there was an altercation between the two. When the matter escalated, ADCP Nishant Bhardwaj and ACP Narendra Singh tried to convince him, but Dharamveer Singh did not agree. After this, on the instructions of the police officers, the police made Dharamveer Singh sit in the jeep and took him to the police station. Seeing the matter escalating, the ad hoc officials informed the convener of the ad hoc committee, Jaideep Bihani, after which he calmed the matter.
