Bharatpur News Desk: People and women of Totiram ka Nagla village reached Bharatpur SP office to complain about Uchhain police station SHO Pradeep Kumar, Reader Lakhan Lal and another person. The villagers alleged that the SHO, Reader and another person had forcibly got a person named Suresh to sign the land agreement. He wants to grab Suresh’s land by threatening him with uniform.
Fake agreement made for 2 bigha land
Suresh resident of Totiram, Nagla police station, Uchain, while giving a complaint to SP Mridul Kachhawa, said that my brother Naresh and Omprakash own land on Bharatpur Bayana Road. The total land of our three brothers is 1.2600 hectares. Of our land, Mithalal resident of Koliwada got a fake agreement prepared for 2 bighas of our land. On October 30, Reader Lakhanlal of Uchain police station came to us three brothers to get that agreement signed. The three brothers signed the agreement at the behest of Lakhan without reading it.
Reader of Uchhain police station put pressure on registry
Four days later, Mithalal, along with police station reader Lakhanlal, started pressurizing them to get the land registered. On which Suresh and his two brothers said that the land deal was fixed for Rs 1 crore 25 lakh. You give that money and we will get the land registered. Then Mithalal told that he has deposited the entire amount with reader Lakhanlal. You can go and take that amount from there anytime.
On October 7, Suresh and his two brothers went to the police station on the call of Lakhanlal and Mithalal. Where he showed a check of Rs 22 lakh and Rs 28 and said that he has kept the money here. You get it registered in the name of Mithalal. Suresh and his brothers asked to pay the money first. Then Lakhan Lal and Mithalal started putting pressure on the three brothers and said that we have already given you Rs 21 lakh. Whereas he did not give any money to Suresh and his brothers.
