Udaipur : An artist in Rajasthan has carved a picture of Bageshwar Dham’s Peethadheeshwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri on a watermelon, which has become a topic of discussion. This feat was done by Udaipur’s hotel chef Harshvardhan Singh Shaktiawat. He surprised everyone by carving a picture of Guru Brahmeshwarananda on a watermelon. Now he has also made an amazing picture of Bageshwar Baba on a watermelon. Actually, Harshvardhan Singh Shaktiawat is a resident of Hinta village, about 56 km from Udaipur and is a chef at Udaipur’s Hotel Lake End. His father Bhagwan Singh is a farmer and he also has a sister. Harshvardhan says that he got a lot of encouragement from his seniors Manoj Singh Negi and Chainsingh Jhala. He started this art about a year ago.

Harshvardhan was taught this art by a senior chef
The senior chef of his hotel has taught him this special art. Since then, he has been making various types of art pieces.
